blast your biceps - click hereBlast your Biceps is an ebook written by Lee Hayward that is expressly intended to change the way one views workouts for the arms. As the title suggests, the program focuses on increasing the size of the biceps.

Before you scoff and dismiss Hayward’s program because this is a subject that countless other authors have covered ad nauseam, it should be known that this book is not the same as all of the others that mention the same exercises over and over. Hayward even explains in Blast your Biceps that his program is considered controversial, but only because it is a novel approach to an age old practice.

This guide provides valuable information written by someone who has developed a program and followed it to results. Lee Hayward is a competitive bodybuilder and muscle building coach, giving him the experience to know what he is talking about. Because of the positive feedback he received on his website about previous works, he decided to address many clients’ concerns about lack of progress on their arms.

Hayward admits that Blast your Biceps was a long time coming because he was very hesitant to write it; he didn’t feel comfortable in his expertise.  Do not, however, let this dissuade you from reading his book.  It is actually a positive because Hayward states that he will not do something he is not completely behind.  The fact that the book was written is a testament to his 100% commitment to the program.

Blast your Biceps contains a large amount of information that prefaces the program itself, which is a wonderful thing. Hayward wanted to not only write about his proven results derived from the program, but to fully prepare individuals to implement it. The major premise for the program is to eliminate the unorganized methods that many use to increase muscle mass and lay out a total plan from before you even lift a weight to the end of the regimen.

The controversy of which Hayward speaks is not limited solely to the workout itself, but extends to the manner in which he instructs the reader to begin the Blast your Biceps training; with rest. In fact, a full week of rest is prescribed to not only allow the body to forget former workout routines, so to speak, but to set goals as well.

Meeting goals and setting new ones is one of the largest planks upon which the book is built. Hayward is big on adaptation and growth, and achieving goals and striving to meet new ones is the way in which the body responds.
As you have probably deduced, a large portion of the book is dedicated to preparing your body and mind for the Blast your Biceps routine.

That is why the program works, because the reader doesn’t dive blindly into a new routine he or she doesn’t fully understand. Of course, the workout itself is explained in detail for the remainder of the program. The exercises themselves, the amount of time to perform each one, and the proper manner in which to incorporate them into a complete workout take up nearly 100 pages of the book. Hayward covers all the bases.

Blast your Biceps describes a workout with which many readers are likely unfamiliar. It was written with the knowledge that the standard programs weren’t getting the job done, and that it is why much of the information will be new to readers. After all, if the old ways are no longer effective, it’s probably time to try something else.
